Delete your Homosapien account and account-owned health, tracker, wallet, reminder, and authentication records.

Before You Delete
Account deletion is permanent. When your account is deleted, Homosapien removes your account profile, saved health and wellness records, care reminders, emergency profile, meal and fitness calendar entries, Health Wallet goals, beneficiaries, wallet ledger records, and saved sign-in sessions from the backend.
Some payment processor records may still exist with Paystack or other financial service providers under their own legal, security, fraud-prevention, and compliance obligations.
Delete From The App
- Sign in to the Homosapien app.
- Open My Account.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm the action.
- After deletion, sign-in tokens stop working and the account can no longer be accessed.

If you cannot access the app, email support@homosapien.health from the email address on your Homosapien account and ask for account deletion help.
